You are invited to the launch of the two books written by Clive Harber (Professor of International Education, Birmingham University) and recently published by Educational Heretics Press.

4.00 – 4.30  Coffee and Biscuits plus book sales and signing

Educational Heretics Press is a not for profit publisher. Any surpluses are usually donated to the work of the Centre for Personalised Education Trust, but all surpluses from Isn’t that Dangerous will be donated to Medicins Sans Frontieres.

The Book Launch will be followed by The Raymond Priestley Lecture, Exam Factories or Learning Communities: What’s Education For? The speaker will be Frank Coffield (Professor of Education, Institute of Education, University of London), and will be held in the School of Education (Room G39 – Conference Room) at 4.45 to 6.00. You are invited to stay for this event and for refreshments afterwards. All free of charge.
