Stoney Middleton Primary School – Flexischooling

Further to our prior posting regarding flexischooling at Stoney Middleton Primary  headteacher Andrea Tomlinson has been in touch and forwarded a promotional poster. Please share this link and the poster widely.

Stoney Middleton C of E Primary School is really rather unique. Small numbers on roll mean personalised learning and well differentiated work is readily available to all the pupils. Class sizes are small and that means all children receive lots of attention from the dedicated, committed, hardworking and enthusiastic staff. The last Ofsted inspection stated that “this is a good and improving school.”

Even though we are a very small school we have many opportunities around and within our local community and further afield. We take part in the local Village day, Wakes week, Well dressings, church services and many fundraising activities. We have strong links with Bishop Pursglove C of E VA Primary School in Tideswell. We visit there once a week and work with the pupils there – joining them for PE lessons. We have also been on joint trips and residential visits with them.

We really hope you will come and see us at school and hope you will like what you see. Mrs Andrea Tomlinson (our Headteacher) will be delighted to see you and welcome you to our school.

Look forward to seeing you soon,

The Pupils of Stoney School
