CfL: Forthcoming Events

With the publication of the Inquiry into the Future of Lifelong Learning, the Campaign for Learning is holding this policy event to look at the recommendations.

Creating a balance in lifelong learning: The Inquiry into the Future for Lifelong Learning
London
26 November 2009, 2pm – 4pm. £99 plus VAT **Friends’ rate £89.10 plus VAT

Following the release of the Inquiry into the Future for Lifelong Learning’s report, ‘Learning Through Life’ we are delighted that Tom Schuller, Director of the Inquiry, will be joining us to discuss the issues raised in the report. The report offers new vision for the next 10 -15years, but what chances are there of these being taken on board by a new Government after next year’s election ? Are they radical enough or too radical?

The event will be chaired by Professor Bob Fryer, Chair of the Campaign for Learning, and a Commissioner on the Inquiry. Tricia Hartley, Chief Executive of the Campaign and Mark Corney, MC Consultancy will act as respondents.
