Learning to Learn Conference. Birmingham. 12 December 2008

This conference will look at the research background of learning to learn but will also offer delegates the opportunity to make links with current government policy and agendas. This is a practical conference designed for those wishing to implement learning to learn in their school. Delegates will find out the latest developments in the Learning to Learn agenda including:

– Practical learning to learn approaches that are creating motivation and raising achievement in schools across the country
– How learning to learn is a key catalyst in developing your 2020 approach to Personalising Learning
– What part Learning to Learn plays in the Every Child Matters outcomes
– Implementing the SEAL framework in the classroom
– Developing a competency based curriculum based on Learning to Learn following changes in KS3 orders
– How learning to learn is the first step to creating independent learners
– The new exciting future of learners with ICT in schools
– Cover Bug – an amazing new system for covering absent teachers and students’ learning to learn.
