Press release: BETT 2011 visitor registration is now live!

BETT 2011 visitor registration is now live!

Visitors can now register for their free pass to attend BETT 2011, the world’s largest technology in education show which takes place from 12-15 January at Olympia, London. This can be done quickly and simply online at www.bettshow.com/register.

Now in its 27th year, BETT 2011 continues to be the place for educators to source free advice on procurement and improving school standards in the face of change. Visitors are encouraged to touch and test the latest technological products and services from around 700 exhibitors, and engage in the wide selection of seminars available in the unrivalled continuing professional development (CPD) seminar programme. Tailored to meet visitors’ requirements, the seminar programme covers four specific topics – management, curriculum and assessment, innovation, and training and development, meaning that there is something for everyone. A host of exciting features at BETT 2011 include the Central Feature, led by Professor Stephen Heppell, which explores ‘learning for less’. Demonstrations from children working with IT products will bring the feature to life whilst a series of seminars reflects how educational technology can be utilised effectively and efficiently to enhance the learning process.

With so much on offer at BETT, visitors that take the time to pre-register online can benefit from priority, fast-track entry access at BETT 2011. Pre-registering not only saves visitors time on the day but also means they are kept up–to-date with the latest BETT features pre-show through regular emails and special publications, including the ever-popular show preview.

Paul Dunne, managing director, Emap Connect, comments “With the huge scale of BETT and nearly 30,000 visitors each year, it is a good idea to pre-register and pre-plan a visit to make the most of the many opportunities that BETT 2011 has to offer.”

Whether visitors have questions on the curriculum, assessment, management, or teacher training, BETT 2011 can help provide the answers.
