Centre for Citizenship and Human Rights Education. University of Leeds 

CCHRE has a part-time (50%) post for a research officer from September 2008 to work on a European Commission funded project which is evaluating young people’s understandings of the European Union and teaching and learning about active citizenship.

The research officer will undertake data collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and the preparation of research reports. This will involve travel to research schools in the region and may also include participation in research group project meetings in other European countries. S/he should also have completed, or have in progress, a higher degree in education or social sciences with a substantial research component. 

University Grade 6 (£23,002 – £27,466 p.a.)
